Dry Roast Macadamias - Seconds
Our Australian macadamias are locally grown and dry roasted by hand at our Yandina factory.
These macadamias are seconds. They vary in size, colour and are of B-grade quality, so although they are tasty, they are not as consistent as our premium nuts and are discounted accordingly.
If you love the creamy, distinct taste of macs, dry roasting takes them next level - they go well with your favourite ciders, beers, red and white wine. They can hold their own on any cheese and fruit platter and blend into any dish from salads to stir-fries and sweets.
